"The Hotel was to a high standard, rooms were clean with modern decor. The service was amazing, the only minor issue we had was handled quickly and considerately by Frederica, absoloutely outstanding customer service. The Hotel had courtesy pastries on offer 24/7 with coffee and tea. The location was terrific for restaurants and close to a station. Was a stone throw away from Hyde Park also."

"What a great find. Great location and reasonably priced. On the evening I stayed it was significantly cheaper than a Premier Inn (booked at last minute). Thirteen rooms over three floors - steep stairs and no lift, so watch out for that if you'd struggle with stairs. Small reception area with free tea and coffee and pastries in the morning as there's no breakfast room here. Teapigs tea too which is a nice touch. Room 12 was comfortable. Liked having a window I could open wide. Tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board, hair dryer and radio in the room. Comfortable bed, small but lovely bathroom with nice products. Would definitely stay here again and the staff are very helpful and friendly."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at here. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to made us feel very welcome during our stay. The rooms and facilities were of high quality. The location of the hotel was fabulous, near lots of restaurants and a ten minute walk from the nearest underground."

"I would definitely stay here again. The service is excellent, the staff really made me feel welcomed. I was originally going to stay for just one night but decided to book an extra night after receiving such a warm welcome (I was checked in 4 hours early, which I really appreciated after having travelled all morning) and seeing the clean, new room."

"We did really like the stay at this Hotel. The staff was very service minded and the location was absolutely perfect. We got served coffee to the room and they had fresh bakery for free in the reception. Very Clean and nice!"

"Stayed here for one night. Stunning decor. Very comfortable bed. Everything you needed, a safe, ironing board, Bluetooth sound system which you can connect to your phone... great if getting ready for a night out."
